I was fascinated to find out a few weeks ago that a few colleges (including Clemson University in South Carolina) actually offer degrees in Packaging Science. It's a discipline that takes involves elements of science, design, marketing,, and more--and yet we never seem to notice how significant an industry packaging has become. Very interesting, Brooke.
